Shipping & General Returns Policy
At JG Collective by Jeanna George, we pride ourselves on curating thoughtfully designed, limited-run collections of apparel, home goods, and accessories. Because of this intentional, small-batch approach, we offer a carefully managed shipping and exchange policy that aligns with our brand values.
Processing & Shipping
Order Processing Times
In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is placed.
Made-to-order apparel: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production and processing before shipping.
We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. Federal Holidays.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS, and include a tracking number. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Need your order sooner? We offer Express or Overnight shipping at an additional cost. Please email us at Jeanna@JeannaGeorgeDesigns.com for expedited shipping requests.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or any delivery error, the cost to re-ship will be the customer’s responsibility.
JG Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
International Orders
We currently do not ship to Canada or other international destinations, with the exception of U.S. territories.
General Returns
WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY OF JG Collective?
Returns & Exchanges
Because we offer exclusive, limited quantities of each item—and many are one-of-a-kind or handcrafted—we do not accept returns for refunds at this time. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges or issue store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
Items must be in original, unused condition
Request must be made within 10 days of delivery
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email Jeanna@JeannaGeorgeDesigns.com with your order information and the reason for your exchange request. If approved, you will be provided with next steps and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll either:
Send out your requested exchange item
ORIssue you a store credit (excluding original shipping fees), which you can use toward a future purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been received and processed by our fulfillment team. When you submit your order and the payment has been processed, it can no longer be modified or edited by our team in any way.
A Note to Our Community
As a mindful brand, we encourage our customers to make thoughtful purchases. Because of the limited nature of our collections, we recommend purchasing your favorite pieces as soon as they become available. These items are designed to sell through quickly and may not be restocked.
